As Christ Is, So Are We

Jun 7, 2026    Apostle Dwight Smith

In this message, we explore the truth of your identity in Christ. You are more than a physical body. You are a spirit, living in a body, possessing a soul made up of your mind, will, and emotions. When you received Jesus Christ, your spirit was made alive. You were redeemed, reconciled to God, declared righteous, and born again.

Discover what Scripture means when it says, “As He is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17). Learn how God designed you to live from your spirit rather than being controlled by the cravings of the flesh. While the body seeks temporary satisfaction, the spirit longs for intimacy with God.

This teaching reveals God’s heart toward humanity. He hears every prayer, listens to every whisper, and is deeply concerned about every detail of your life. God has already provided everything you need for life and godliness, and His desire is for you to cultivate a heart that seeks Him in spirit and in truth.

Drawing from Psalm 8, we are reminded that God has crowned humanity with glory and honor and entrusted us with authority and purpose. As believers, our identity is not defined by our circumstances but by our union with Christ.
